Great location! We were able to walk to all the main attractions and shops. the food was amazing and freshly prepared. We particularly loved trying the local dishes and drinks. the staff were very helpful and friendly too.
The room was a bit small, especially for taller guests. the shower was a bit tricky to figure out and adjust the temperature.

I had an amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were great, and my room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and water bottles. The staff was exceptional, professional and attentive. The location was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
All was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the city centre and it's easy to explore the surroundings. the clean room, comfy beds, and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay. the restaurant provides an excellent selection of local delicacies.
The room lacked enough heating during the colder months, and guests had to climb a steep staircase to reach their rooms which may be problematic for those with mobility issues.

We had a lovely romantic escape and our stay was truly fabulous. The attention to detail was impeccable, with complementary water bottles and toiletries, adding an extra touch of luxury to our already cozy and comfortable room. The location was unbeatable, central to everything and the service and staff were absolutely outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the amazing food options, offering delicious local cuisine, with a fantastic selection of wine to go with it.
Although we had an amazing time, we did find the heating system in our room to be slightly lacking during the colder months. Additionally, getting to our room via an outside staircase was a minor inconvenience for us, especially since we were carrying some heavy luggage at the time. However, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with our bags, making up for the inconvenience.

We stayed at a hotel in Pirot twice and loved it! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice attention to detail. The restaurant had amazing food and a great selection of drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
